The heart of the Voyage invites reconnection through nature-based ritual and sensory awareness.
Across this phase you may experience:
Sunrise activations, intention setting & awareness movement
Cacao and tea ceremonies
Guided forest or sandstone overhang immersions
Silent nourishment in nature
Elemental ritual work with fire, earth and moonlight
Each practice is designed to soften inner resistance and restore dialogue between body, earth and cosmos.
Integration — Walking Between Worlds
As the journey deepens, attention turns toward embodiment and integration.
This stage may include:
Breathwork and intuitive movement
Part-silent contemplative walks
Creative reflection practices
Community nourishment and shared meals
Closing ceremonial work held within ancient sandstone formations
Here, insight becomes lived experience.
Return — Integration & Departure
The final morning anchors the work gently back into everyday life.
Participants depart grounded, nourished and resourced — carrying forward what has been remembered rather than leaving it behind.
Note: Alternative flows are lovingly prepared for changing weather conditions while preserving the energetic essence of the Voyage.

Refund:
50% of your deposit is refundable 31 days before your Voyage date. 29 days or less before arrival payments are non-refundable.

We require a minimum of 5 participants and maximum of 10 to activate a Cosmic Voyage. This keeps the container intimate and supportive to each Voyagers deep inner journey.
Extended detailed terms and conditions with cancellation and refund policies received upon booking confirmation.
All guests are required to complete an indemnity, medical, and contraindications disclosure form upon booking.
What to bring along:
Sacred item for altar, backpack, water bottle, summer attire with multiple layers, comfortable walking shoes, cozy blanket, yoga mat & or meditation cushion, rain jacket & your receptive heart.

At the heart of Kåho is a union of earth-rooted wisdom and celestial alignment. Karlin and Holger hold immersive journeys into remembrance, weaving together star work, elemental ceremony, shadow exploration and sacred storytelling.
Karlin brings a grounded yet mystical sensitivity, attuned to energetic fields, ceremonial process and plant consciousness. As a Reiki Master, intuitive therapist, medium and Cacao Kuchina, she guides spaces of deep inner listening and recalibration.
Holger is a soul astrologer and symbolic thinker whose passion is illuminating the archetypal patterns shaping our lives. Rooted in myth, humility and the cycles of nature, he offers clarity, rhythm and cosmic perspective.
Together, as Kåho, they create thresholds — spaces that are both grounded and transcendent — inviting you into coherence with your earthly and cosmic nature.
