Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments
A booking is secured once the required deposit payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms
Depending on the retreat selected, payments may be structured as:

• A deposit to secure your place

• A second payment due 30 days before the retreat

• A final payment due 7 days before arrival

Failure to complete payments may result in loss of your booking.

3. Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds or transfers are subject to availability and discretion.

4. Participant Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat activities and take full responsibility for your wellbeing.

5. Changes to Retreat
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, or venue if necessary.

6. Liability
Celestial Point Shunyata is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the retreat.

7. Agreement
